Dear Families of Casorso Elementary School,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and share our plans for the growth of our students. Firstly, I would like to say how excited I am to be a part of this wonderful school community. In my time here I have experienced Community's strong sense of caring first-hand, and can attest to Casorso having the warm and inclusive feeling that we want for all children!
At CAS we are focusing on both improving literacy skills and the social and emotional development of our students. We are also continuing to work on our own assessment and reporting practices to support learning within BC's redesigned curriculum and reporting practices. I feel very lucky to have landed in a place where such a dedicated staff is committed to the growth and the success of their students.
